My name is Pagandai Vaithianathan Pannir Selvam and I am from little village Pagandai on the bank of the big river Ponnai , near Panrutui , in the state Tamil Nadu, near french Pondicherry , next to the beautiful green state Kerala, India.

Then I moved from India to North East of Brazil . I haven't had much time after I settled ,1993 In the city Natal, moving from FORTALEZA not have much time to keep this site updated often.

In February 1977, I relocated from south India Tamilnadu, after finishing my graduate study in Chemical engineering as well as posgraduate too in the Lord Siva temple city , Chidamabaram , Annamali University .With a new job and shuttling from one state to another in In India , after I finsihed my PHD in Biochemical engineering from IIT DELHI .In april 1983 , I relocated again from NoIndia to Norteast of Brazil , I haven't had much time after I settled ,1993 In the city Natal, moving from FORTALEZA to keep this site updated.

I'm from God's liked country. More pages in this site seem to be the not the technical ones.This site do not uses custom PHP software based on VS Babu site, but easy to learn snack web sites easy to make web page creators easy software More about his site.
